This used to work great, but something changed with the most recent update resulting in the app no longer taking pictures. Pressing the button to take a picture and scan a document does not do anything, it just seems to ignore the on-screen button press. The document edges are detected and outlined on the screen, but the app is no longer capturing the image to a saved file. Update: It's now working again since the last update. Update 2: It is now 6 out of 5 stars.

Such a terrible app. Often won't recognize document and when it does, can't scan multiple pages and when you try to merge the separate scans into one PDF document, it does it in the reverse order, with the last page first, with no option to reorder it! And it struggles to scan pages with one paragraph of content on it. All that labour only for me to discard it and start again after finding a better app. Sigh.

update: "pdf export settings" error "y is not a function" -- first only option shown: 'color'. now also 'b/w'. I miss: 'greyscale'. But pdf file of same size?! -- Thanks for this excellent tool! Minor observations: Auto scan kind of breaks the batch-mode. Also is weak to auto-detect document borders for cropping (inefficient batch scan). 'Storage Data' setting only has single fixed option: SDCard. Can't find where my scans are stored: Which folder?

Hi. Thanks for the feedback. I will look at the issues you mention. As for scans the app store them in a special format so you can modify them. You can export then and even set up a sync to a local/remote folder/service. Hope to get back those stars from you

What’s new

Features:
- implement trash system with restore support
- add "delete after sync" option for PDF/image sync services
- add folder filtering to all sync services
- add per-sync-service folder filtering

Bug fixes:
- whitepaper enhancement fix (revert to last version)
- export filename was removing characters which should not be removed
- you can now search through settings
Code refactoring:
- improve type safety and add filter behavior comment
- Translations update
